At intervals during the year, Wayne Curtis holds Home Buyer Seminars at locations throughout the metropolitan Baltimore area. Also taking part in these events are mortgage officers from a variety of lenders. Where possible, we also bring in a representative from a reputable Title Company. Together, we educate first-time Maryland home buyers in the details of the home buying process in this state. We also encourage previous clients who have not experienced the market in a few years to attend and learn what has changed since they last bought or sold a property.
You’ll learn the various loan programs that are available — from private banks, federal, state, and local governments — and whether or not you might qualify for them. You’ll also learn the step-by-step process that you and your Realtor will use to find the homes you will be interested in viewing. And what to do once you find your Dream House so your transaction gets to the settlement table on time!
