At intervals during the year, Wayne Curtis holds Home Buyer Seminars at locations throughout the metropolitan Baltimore area. Also taking part in these events are mortgage officers from a variety of lenders. Together, we educate first-time Maryland home buyers in the details of the home buying process in this state. We also encourage previous clients who have not experienced the market in a few years to attend and learn what has changed since they last bought or sold a property.
You’ll learn the various loan programs that are available — from private banks, federal, state, and local governments — and whether or not you might qualify for them. You’ll also learn the step-by-step process that you and your Realtor will use to find the homes you will be interested in viewing. And what to do once you find your Dream House!
