The greater Baltimore area will be the recipient of thousands of new residents, thanks to the relocation of military and military support jobs, announced as part of the Base Relocation and Closure process (BRAC). The resource kit will contain brochures, maps, mortgage information, and a host of other useful materials for people thinking about making Maryland their home, and specifically the greater Baltimore metropolitan area. The kit will be made available to new clients once we’ve made contact and have signed a Buyer Agency Agreement, making Wayne their official Buyer Agent.
