Its most visible activity is the promotion and maintenance of this website, but its main purpose is to buy, rehabilitate, and re-sell residential properties. Wayne Curtis is CEO of the corporation and uses his real estate expertise to direct its projects.
About Wayne Curtis
Wayne is a Baltimore resident and has been a licensed real estate sales associate since 1998. He is affiliated with Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc. — the nation’s largest privately owned real estate brokerage. Since 2000, Wayne has consistently achieved Top Producer status, and first became a member of Long & Foster’s elite “Gold Team” in 2003. Since becoming licensed, Wayne has listed or sold over $25 million dollars in Baltimore real estate. He is a Life Member of the Real Estate Million Dollar Association, Ltd., and one of the original Live Baltimore Preferred Agents, consistently delivering outstanding service for his clients.
