Charm City Real Estate, LLC, is a limited liability corporation chartered in Maryland in 2002. Its most visible activity is the promotion and maintenance of this website, but its main purpose is to buy, rehabilitate, and re-sell residential properties. Wayne Curtis is CEO of the corporation and uses his real estate expertise to direct its projects.
About Wayne Curtis
Wayne is a Baltimore resident and has been a licensed real estate sales associate since 1998. Wayne has consistently achieved Top Producer status, and has listed or sold nearly $33 million dollars in Baltimore real estate. He is a Life Member of the Real Estate Million Dollar Association, Ltd., was chosen by the City of Baltimore and the Board of Realtors to be one of only seven original SCOPE Realtors, and was one of the original Live Baltimore Preferred Agents. He consistently delivers outstanding service for his clients.
